Law a Recreational Fishing Licence (RFL) is required for each angler to hold,
even whilst aboard a fishing charter. However, exempts apply to those under 18
and those over 70 and for those who hold the following cards: * Victorian
Seniors Cars; * Veterans' Affairs Pensioner Card * Veterans' Affairs Repatriation
Health Card * Commonwealth Pensioner concession card holder A RFL can
be purchased for different periods of time depending on your needs
* 2 Day (48 hrs) - $5.50 * 28 days - $11 * 1 year - $22 * 3 years
- $60 You can obtain a licence from almost any tackle or Kmart store or
alternatively you can purchase a licence on-line from the Department of Primary
Industries website, which will also provide you with further information on fishing
